Personalization
How does personalization work?
On any personalized piece you'll find a field for the name, date, or line you want. Type it exactly as you'd like it to appear — spelling, capitalization, and accents included — and we print it exactly that way.
Can I see the text before it's printed?
The product photos show an example of the placement and lettering. Your text appears in the same position and style shown in the example image.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at yuvage.sv@gmail.com with your order number. Because every piece is made to order, production can begin shortly after purchase — once it has started, we can't guarantee that changes can be made.
Production & Shipping
How long does my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping within the United States usually takes another 3–8 business days after production. These timeframes are estimates — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. After production, orders to Canada and Europe typically arrive within 5–15 business days, and other international destinations within 7–21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order — and personalized pieces are made for one specific person — we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or an error in the details as they were entered. Please double-check names, dates, and spelling before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

What are SURPRY and DECOHUG?
They're the two studios of YUVAGE. SURPRY is our gifting studio — puzzles, journals, ornaments, and keepsakes made for the moments you hand someone a box. DECOHUG is our home studio — blankets, table pieces, and textures made for the rooms you live in. Same brand, same attention, two different moments.

How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. Most textile pieces prefer a gentle cold wash; glass and ceramic pieces prefer a soft cloth and a little respect.
