Many of our products are made to order, which means they are produced after your purchase is placed. Some items may include personalization such as names, dates, photos, initials, text, or other custom details provided by the customer.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, scale, placement, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, product type, production method, and material.
Product descriptions, prices, images, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Section 3 — Personalization and Customer-Provided Information
For personalized or custom products, you are responsible for providing accurate information before submitting your order. This includes names, dates, photos, initials, text, spelling, formatting, shipping address, and any other details requested for the product.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, low-quality photos, wrong personalization details, or incorrect shipping information.

Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
YUVAGE reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. We may contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout if we need additional information.
Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The final price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, import duties, or other charges may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout when applicable or charged separately by the relevant authority.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Because many YUVAGE items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery may be affected by production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
YUVAGE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If your package appears delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at yuvage.sv@gmail.com, and we will help review the issue based on the available tracking information.
Section 7 — Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, personalized, or custom-produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, entering incorrect personalization details, or no longer needing the item.
We only offer assistance if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or has a production-related issue.

Section 8 — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yuvage.sv@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A short description of the issue
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

The YUVAGE name, logo, product designs, and related branding may not be used without written authorization from YUVAGE.
