Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, entering incorrect personalization details, or no longer needing the item.

Please review all product details, size charts, personalization information, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yuvage.sv@gmail.com.

Please include:

Order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging, if damaged
A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please make sure all names, dates, photos, text, and personalization details are correct before submitting your order.

Incorrect Address or Customer Error

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, additional costs may apply to remake or reship the item.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information. Online sellers generally must ship within the promised timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe is given; if an order cannot be shipped on time, the seller may need to notify the buyer and offer options such as cancellation or refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible items. However, this right may not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized, or made to order.
