Every YUVAGE piece is made to order. That single fact explains almost everything about how we ship.

Production

When you place an order, your piece enters production — it isn't pulled from a shelf. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and the season. Personalized pieces are produced with your text exactly as you entered it.

Shipping

Once produced, orders shipping within the United States typically arrive in another 3–8 business days. We also ship internationally: Canada and Europe usually take 5–15 business days after production, and other destinations 7–21. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees — carriers, customs, and holidays occasionally have their own plans. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Ordering for a date

Ordering a gift for a birthday or holiday? Add the production and shipping windows together and order ahead of the date. During the holiday season we publish order-by dates for delivery before major holidays.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering — once a piece enters production or shipment, we can't guarantee changes. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at yuvage.sv@gmail.com.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution. Details on our Returns & Refunds page.
